Real Presence Desktop not receiving Video from Cisco 8845
we have a full real presence Clariti setup, RPRM, DMA Core, DMA Edge and RMX. All are at the latest versions. we deploy RPD 3.15 as a client.
Calls from Cisco 8845 registered to Cisco CME to a VMR are fine but direct calls from Cisco 8845 to RPD Client receive no Video on RPD Client. The stream is negotiated but in call stats no Format information is present and no Video is shown. Video is sent from RPD and received by Cisco 8845 ok. the same calls from other Cisco devices and Poly RPD Clients are fine just n video from the 8845. The 8845 is on the latest patch as is CME. Has anyone managed to find a solution for this or knows if one exists?
The information you provided is not sufficient to analyze the root cause. Hence I would recommend you open a support ticket with Poly.
Note - Please check RPD version you have mentioned in the query, the latest version is 3.11.5.
