Waiting for customer to reply with software versions and whether they attempted any troubleshooting steps. (ie: reboots, cable reseating, etc)

Two separate codecs and cameras for the same customer are showing in the PIP as blue instead of camera video.  One is connected with HDCI directly to codec and the other used Sound tech extenders.  Any ideas why?

on the HDCI side of the cable, have them look for bent pins.  That is the most common problem that causes this.  Generally the cable was attempted to be connected to the codec upside down and it bends the pins.
