RPG 500 does not support more than 2 mic arrays

Hello!

We are currently facing issues connecting more than 2 mics on RPG 500.

In the manual is written that it supports up to 4 mic arrays.

Any idea how that could work for us?

Not enough details.

What version software are you using?  the 4 microphone array support was added in 5.1 release.

Were the rules for connecting them followed?  Refer to the Intergrators' reference guide.  Basically the maximum distance to the first device is 100', then 25' to the additional units.  It is NOT standard wiring, so you need to use Polycom cables or make your own per the specs.
