Hello

upgrading from RDP 2.3 to 3.0 I see that call rate options but call rate are gone.

Checking actual bandwidth used during calls, it seems that RDP 3.0 is set by default to send video with automatic bit rate (ABR) and there is no way to have RDP 3.0 sending video with constant bit rate (CBR). Is that correct?

Is it a way to "force" CBR?

Thanks

Andrea

If haven't done so you might want to reinstall RPD 3.0. I have checked 3.0 for Windows on a couple of different RPDs and they all show the call rates in the call rate settings.

RPD 3.0 does show call rates (kbps) options and only that.

In RPD 2.3 two video preferences were also available: best quality and best frame rate. They both disappeared in RPD 3.0.

Really no contribution to this topic?

Anyone else noticed that best quality and best frame rate options both disappeared in RPD 3.0?

Any workaround to get constant bit rate video calls using RDP 3.0?

Thanks
