I upgraded my Group 500 to 6.0 and noticed today that I can't join Lync meetings like I could before.

Anyone else seeing this?

The codec is registered to exchange, the group 500 gets the invite and correctly parses the info, then dials into the meeting like it did in the past but the codec connects to the lync meeting then quickly disconnects.  The group 500 Lync account is still shown in the Lync meeting but displays "not in the call" when you hover over the account.

I know there are a lot of moving parts but before rolling back software and testing I wanted to put this out there.

Thanks

Sean

Please call you Polycom service provider to open an escalation so that the proper logs can be gotten and an investigation done on the root cause of the issue.
