Not enough details to offer any suggestions.

 

If this is the ;reversed image' question, not sure what you mean by that but a videoconferencing endpoint does not allow for changing of the image the source is providing it.  If you need to 'change' the image then that needs to be done in equipment prior to presenting it to the videoconferencing unit for transmission to the far end, which is the purpose of videoconferencing units.

 

Please explain the 'problem' more completely if it is not a failure of the unit, if it is a failure of the equipment to perform as documented please call your Polycom service provider.

I should have added additional Information when moving the Post.

 

It was in regards mounting the camera on the ceiling and reversing the picture as far as I am remember.

The only Polycom camera which supports the inverted mounting of the camera is the EagleEye View camera.  Installation of the camera and the connection to the codec should be while the codec is powered off.  Upon boot up of the codec the camera will work properly.

You can not reverse image on Polycom camera. Use other type of camera, third party camera what can flip the image.
