Hi,

We have a pair of EagleEye Digital Extender without power adapter.

We would like to know the specification of the power adapter for EagleEye Digital Extender in order to purchase a suitable adapter.

All we know at this moment is that the extender need 48V DC power, but the rating of current, as well as the adapter is positive-center or negative-center are unknown.

Those information cannot be found at Poly website so we are seeking for help here.

Thank you.

All we know as of now is that the extender need 48V DC power, yet the rating of current, as well as the connector is positive-focus or negative-focus are obscure.

Hello @kamalalo , or @CK_UAT

Welcome to the Poly Community.

a community member @mshu1 posted the part number so you can order the correct part. I am unsure about the request as we have a port that can be ordered and we recommend only using Poly supplied part.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
