I have a Problem with Polycom Telepresence m100 1.0.6. Every time I start the program, i get the message "An internal error occured. Try restarting.". Direct after this message the program crashes. I found out that the problem have something to do with Adobe Air (version 4.0.0). When i setup a PC with Windows 7 and only Adobe Air installed it works. But when i install Adobe Flash Player 12.0.0.44 i get the error as described above. Removing the Flash Player does not fix the problem.

In the log files are some entries:

Is there any way to fix this error?

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Has this issue occurred in prior versions of the m100 software or is this a new installation?

 

For further troubleshooting please work with Polycom support via your Polycom reseller so this can be analyzed.
