Hi,

The Polycom Studio attached to my Windows PC is not seen by Windows. Device Manager shows something for which I cannot update the driver. Windows just doesn't find it even though I downloaded the UVC driver and pointed Device Manager to it. Windows 10 (21H1) is fully up to date including BIOS and hardware drivers. There's no light on the sound bar from the LEDs. I cannot access power cables because the Polycom Studio is integrated into the TV's wall mount. The fact that Windows sees something tells me it is not a power problem (?). What else can I try?

Thanks

Hey @JasonRW ...

if the unit doesn´t get detected as a known device anymore (you just hear the sound when connecting it via USB and that´s all) i´d propose to open a support ticket with Poly. This sounds pretty much like a "known issue" and the unit needs to be replaced.
