I'm working with a customer that is having issues with updating their Polycom Touch remotely using the polycom software upgrade server.  I have provided the client with the downloads.polycom.com FQDN but their firewall folks want to open the port to a specific IP address.  I did an nslookup on downloads.polycom.com and it came back with the IP140.242.65.96, can you please verify if any additional IP's could also be affiliated with the downloads.polycom.com site?

 

I also reminded the client that DNS and FQDN is really the best way to access the downloads.polycom.com server but they said they need the IP.  Thanks for your help with my question.

The IP address is in fact 140.242.65.96. 

 

I just tried accessing software sever for updating GS, RP Touch, and Centro – and all there are located at the IP address above.
