Polycom RealPresence Group 500- MSteam

Hi,

I am using Polycom RealPresence Group 500, it is found there is time lag from the communication about 5 sec when using MSTeam call / conference.

I don't have this issue if I am using the MSTeam directly from laptop using the same Lan connection.

 

Is there any setting to be done or new firmware that improve this??

Hello @BKW ,

The community contains individual sections dealing with the different products we offer Voice, Audio/Video, UC Infrastructure or Others.

Your post or the post you replied to was placed into an incorrect section and has therefore already been moved.

In regards to the GroupSeries and Microsoft Teams as this device does not run this natively we can only assume you are using some sort of service to transition this.


Both the communities Must Read First or Read 1st and if available the FAQ reference the basic minimum information a new or follow-up post should contain.

This ensures the questions having to be asked are limited and any new or follow up post contains the right amount of details to ensure any voluntary participant within the community does not spend additional time chasing basic information.
