Hi Everyone,

 

I have a problem with my Group Series 500, when I tried to power on it doing a looping process and never end.

Because of that, I tried to Factory Reset using reset button, I power off the system, push the reset button with pin and power on the system again, but after some time it didn't start resetting, the LED light turned blinking RED, and nothing displayed on Display Output.

Can anyone suggest what I should do next?

I would recommend that you call your Polycom service provider for diagnosis and possible equipment replacement.
