Polycom HDX8000 not sending video and audio


I have connected my Polycom HDX8000 to the cisco 857 router.  I assigned public IP to the hdx device so there's no NAT relations. However, after dialing call the connection is established but far site cannot see or hear me.


Please can someone help me to solve this issue.

is this related to your previous post => here <= that has so far not received any of your feedback or is this a different HDX8000?


Can you see and hear the far end?

Are you sure that the IP address has got all ports forwared and that there are no additional firewalls ?
