Hello Team,

Can you let me know what/why would the codec go on a reboot during the conference.

If so what are possible error codes. This has happened with two codecs.of same model

There is no simple answer to this, it would take an experienced log analysis to determine what may have caused a reboot.

 

It is always important to make sure the codec is at current software revisions as reboots are a priority fix for Polycom.  Since you did not indicate, as is stated in the usage rules, what software you are using it would be difficult to even guess at issues.  You should review the release notes to see if there is any indications of fixes for what you experienced for the software between the one you are using and the current software.
