Polycom HDX 8000

Hi,

 I just installed Polycom HDX 8000  and VVX 1500 and have these problems

    1st: Touch Control: 

               . s/w 1.1.0-73 ->  I can not login for administration could you tell me what is the userid and password

                                              I login as admin and password is the pasword I create when first login

     2nd: HDX system:

              . s/w 3.0.1-10628  -> I can not use the remote control after a while. I don't know what I did. Could you tell

                                               me how to reset it

              .  s/w update to 3.2 -> can not update to 3.2 get error message

     3rd: VVX1500:

               . can not putty to the unit using userid = Polycom and password = 456. Could you tell me what is

                                                     the user id and password.

welcome to the Polycom Community.

I can only answer question 3, there is currently no End User Access to the VVX1500 via Putty/SSH.

On your first question the user name is admin and password is 456

On your second question, When you pair the touch control with the HDX it disables the HDX remote control.  You need to unpair the touch control. That's working as designed.

As far as the software update, please explain what you get for an error message.
