Hello ... maybe someone has the same issue or knows what to do? We have just upgraded to version 4.1.5 on a Polycom group 500. Also the touch panel has had the necessary update. If we now call (SIP) a virtual room on a Acano bridge the Polycom is crashing and just rebooting. Before the upgrade everything worked fine, so this must be related to version 4.1.5.

Can anyone help to fix this issue? Is tehre a way to "install" the old software again?

You should be able to go on to the Polycom Support website and download the previous version..

 

You DEFINITELY need to open a ticket with Polycom support for this so it can be resolved in a future version.
