Hi,
I have multiple Polycom Group Series 300 and 500 endpoints in Skype for Business 2015 environment, federated with Zoom and Webex
When joining Zoom or Webex meetings from SfB client, or Zoom meetings from Group 300/500, there are no issues. But when I join Webex meeting with Group 300/500, call gets disconnected after 10 minutes.
After some troubleshooting, I found out that SIP session does not get refreshed when needed. Zoom accepts call with UAC as refresher, while Webex does that with UAS as refresher.
Software is latest one, 6.2.2.4.
Can anyone help?

Do you have a tick next to Admin Settings > Network > IP network > Firewall is Enable SIP Keep-Alive Messages?
