Hello,
We have a Poly x50 installed that has been working without issue for about one month.
We had an internet issue and the Poly got disconnected and since yesterday, it is asking to login into Teams with the code or email but every time we try it loop back to the login page.
We have tried to update the device to the latest firmware released yesterday, but this did not change the situation.
From the Teams admin panel, I can see the poly and TC8 are both connected and in a good health.
Any help with this?
