I have a Poly X50 and a TC8 which pair fine when connected on an open Internet connection. Once they are on our corporate LAN on the same subnet they will show connected but wont pair. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi  @Will Sherlock,

as you wrote correctly, your TC8 and your video endpoint (Studio X / G7500) must be on the same network and subnet. Please ensure that communication between the units is possible via the following ports and is not blocked:

Multicast address 224.0.0.200
UDP port 2000
TCP port 18888

Also give us more info about installed software versions on X50 and TC8.
