Has anyone had any luck getting replacement parts from either from Poly or their partners?

I've has a Case and RMA open with Poly for almost 2 months and I'm still no closer to getting a replacement wall mount. 

 

Sales partners I've spoken to can't help as these parts aren't on general sale.

 

Very frustrating as we have a Poly X50 Camera we cant use correctly as we would like it wall mounted. I've also wasted so much time chasing Poly support with little or no response.

As far as I know these are not official orderable parts.

 

Try to call and see if the support representative can open a T&M ticket for you. These are the parts:
