We have a number of X30s being installed. The Touch panels are not auto pairing due to differing subnets.

without control of the X30, or direct access to Network monitoring, how can I find out the IP address?

I know it flashes up after a factory reset but doing this every time is very laborious...

@James,

You could plug a mouse into it and bring up the settings page on the display (bottom left in Poly Mode or click/hold/swipe on the right side of the display in Zoom mode).

Hope this helps,
James

You can connect the mouse to Poly X30 main unit, but there is no usb port on Poly TC8 unit.

As of now the only option is to check mac-address at data switch.

It would be useful to show an acquired IP address on Poly TC8.

Also, would be great to see an ip address and mac-address for Poly TC8 at Poly Lens management portal.
