Hi...

I have a user that sometime use the Poly X'es for local content presentation - Not in a conference call.

When the user present content using the HDMI cable, the picture is OK. But there is no audio.

If a meeting is started, then audio is OK.

I can't remember if this have been working before or if it always has been like this, when the provider is MS Teams

The device is running Poly OS 3.11, using the firmware provided MS Teams client.

I know that MS just released a ned MS Teams client. But we haven't got to the point of upgrade the client yet.

Is there anybody who can help me refresh my memory about the usage of HDMI and local presentation.

/Dan

Hello @Dan_Hemsø

welcome back to the Poly Community.

Pretty sure our Partner Microsoft does not support Audio in via HDMI when in Microsoft teams as a Provider. This may be on a later roadmap but you would need to check with Microsoft on this.

Best Regards
