Hello,

 

We currently have a few Poly Studio X30 units deployed. What are our options for an external microphone(s)? Some searching shows results to be certain Trio units and an expansion microphone 2200-69631-001. Unsure if that model would be X30 compatible. Are there any more recent options?

We have issues with our three Poly X30s, audio quality isn't good enough and I'm wishing we stuck with the X50s that can use an expansion mic!

welcome to the Poly community.

 

You should be able to pick up a Poly Trio conference phone from auction sites or purchase a Poly Trio C60 and use this as the Microphone.
