Hi,
We are currently have a issue with a couple of Poly Studio USB units.
The device is outputting a screeching noise over Teams, the attached video descibes it better than I can.
At first we thought this may be a hardware issue, so swapped USB/PSU cables etc, but this didnt work and we now have a similar issue on another unit.
Through our testing, we have discovered that this onbly happens on Teams, we dont get the same issue when in a Zoom call.
Does anybody have any ideas on what could be causing this?
