We have 3 poly Studios. They used to be connected to a Windows 10 PC. We changed 2 of them to work off a chromebox. Ever since then the Louudpeaker side of things has not worked ( or worked intermittently). Will the Poly Studio not work with a chromebox/chromebook? Has anyone else got them to work nicely together? (btw they are on the latest firmware). Thanks

Hello @Uk144

Greetings from Poly !!

Poly Studio is compatible with Windows and Mac OS only.

It might not work with Chromebook due to the lack of supported drivers i.e UAC 1.0 Audio, UVC 1.1/1.5 Video, HID 1.11 m.

However, in case it works then performance is not guaranteed.

That's a pity that Poly do not support Chrome OS.

I will have to stick to Jabra.

Hello @Uk144

unfortunately it is the other way round. Some Chromebooks do not support the listed Video Standards provided by my colleague.

Hello @Uk144 ,

I am unsure what a chromebox is but Studio USB has been certified by Google as an approved Google Meet hardware https://meetingdevices.withgoogle.com so I would push Google Support on this.

Feel free to provide our Internal Reference https://jira.poly.com/browse/EN-220421 to their support Team.

Thanks for that.

The link had a 404 error and I couldn't find the Poly Studio on this page: https://meetingdevices.withgoogle.com/products/?type=All-in-one,Meeting+Room+Kit,Headsets+and+Speake... Should it be?
