What port/URL/DNS should be opened for the Studio X / G7500 device to access the Polycom Online Support Center for online update of firmware? The network team is working to limit the access of the device only to Zoom and to Poly Support Site for updating firmwares. They are currently setting Static IP and need to update their network policy.
