Hello,

I have a Poly G7500 system with an E70 camera that is having focus issues.

G-7500 Software version is 3.14.1-374010

TC8 Software Version is 3.0.0.1133

When the system wakes up, if it is in a wide-angle shot it is good and as it sooms it stay crips and sharp. However, if it wakes up with a Zoomed-in shot, the camera stays out of focus through. If, for some reason it changes back to a wide shot and then zooms in it it okay. Seems to be an issue with the starting starting on a Zoom-in picture.

Thank you.

Regards,

KKSky

Hello ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

The TC8 would need to be on a matching software version as the Poly Studio X /G7500 or you will see issues.

Please downgrade the TC8/G7500 combination to 3.2.3. Custom URL can be found >here<

Then ensure they are both on 3.2.3

you "should" be able to go straight to 3.14.1 and TC8 on 4.0 but if this fails go via a couple of interim versions.

If you still have issues work with support

The best and quickest way forward is to contact our Support organisation as the community is run by volunteers only.
