.Hi

I am installing a Poly G 7500, customer wanted to use that in device mode. I cannot find Provider settings in the menu. I tried to upgrade the system to latest version via online and USB method. The upgrade fails giving the error " Validation failed"

I can see a license key section in the web ui, Do i really require a license key to enable the features of G 7500 in Version 2.1. It does not have TC 8 .

Hello @SreeFVC ,

Welcome back to the Poly Community this way too.

As already explained via email you cannot upgrade directly to 3.13 from 2.1

There is no need for a license at present. The update should be in steps.

For example go from 2.1 to 3.0, then to 3.2.3, and then try 3.13

We do post links to older versions with every software release. Simply use the Customer server and point to the links provided. For example the 3.13. release >here<

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
