Poly G7500 IP Mics , LAN connection and pairing

Hi Experts,

Poly G7500 has LLN ports for IP mics. I wanted to know if Poly IP mics connected LAN switch is supported. I have an experience that when connecting first mic to the switch everything works fine. As soon as i connect the second mic to the switch the audio stops , but it shows paired and connected in the G7500 web interface.

If i check the admin guide i see a porting where it says pairing IP audio devices and cameras over primary network is not supported. Can anybody clarify this.

Pairing is only supported via the ports on the G7500
