Hi,

 

We have a Poly Group 700 series installed for a while now and everything is running smoothly until recently today we encountered frequent disconnections in our calls (H323 & SIP) at 3 -10mins at most. Upon checking the CDR, it is indicated that "call has ended". We are running version "Release - 6.1.5-360613". Network connectivity is stable, no issues with outbound connectivity. We also have Poly X50 installed and tried to test that one out and no disconnections occurred. This is starting to stress me out since I cannot find the root cause of the disconnections. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello @Justin Acera ,

You posted in the wrong section so it was moved here. 

 

I would suggest you use a currently supported Software like 6.1.7.2 or if you have an upgrade key try 6.2.2.8

 

I can see you work for a larger organisation so the next step would be raising this with our support team.
