Poly G10-T - no participant video in Teams calls

I've just setup a Poly G10-T and on testing a call I cannot get any video to show on the TV at all. I can hear participants and they can hear and see me fine but the TV is just a blank really dark blue color. I have no idea what to even look at here. Surely this should just work?

 

Any help or ideas greatly appreciated.

Hey WMS,

 

So this can occur when the PC does not get enumerated correctly by the monitor, this is very common for 4K monitors. This can usually be corrected by leveraging an EDID emulator.
