Have a customer that is using systems that have PVX 8.0.16 as point to point laptop VTCs.  Since this is no longer available, new system are going to RealPresence Desktop.  There seems to be an interoperability issue.  H.323 calls go through but only with voice.  Video is only one way from PVX to RealPresence.  PVX shows a 0 frame rate on the incoming video.

 

I know PVX is EOL but not sure why we would be seeing this issue as h.323 has been around for a while.  

 

Any thoughts?

Hi @abrashich,

sounds like a firewall issue. Please check all needed ports for RPD and PVX.

To narrow it down, this was done laptop to laptop with a direct cable between them.  PVX to PVX is OK and RealPresence Desktop to RealPresence Desktop is OK.  Just when PVX and Desktop try to communicate does the problem show up.
