Options-Digital Extenders

Hi,

Can any one suggest is there any other options apart from digital extenders to connect EEIV cameras for long distance ?

Form Polycom there is the EagleEye Digital Extender and the DBA (Digital Breakout Adapter).

There are also options from other companies such as Vaddio and Sound Control.
