Hello,

I've just bought a Cisco 887 M K9 router, I have set the lan port to full duplex 100 mb fixed and forwarded all the ports (see below), but I am getting black screens from everywhere where I call. I don't seem to be getting any NAT issues:

http://71.14.2.154/MG31PJA72

My ports are fixed (3230-3235 tcp, 3230-3277 udp), NAT configuration is set to manual with a hard coded public IP address. Audio is both ways and video is one way (I am sending it). The ports are entered one by one in the startup-config as follows:

ip nat inside source static udp 10.10.10.5 3235 interface Dialer0 3235 (I have lots of these lines for all mentioned tcp and udp ports, as well as for 1720 tcp)

Any ideas?

Thanks

Hello BM3000,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always of use top post the devices current software Version as it would enable you or other community members to check the release notes of possible newer software releases if any issues similar to the one reported by yourselves has been fixed.

The quickest wat to exclude any firewall / port issues would be a wireshark trace on a spanned port to confirm that the unit is receiving the data on the correct ports.

Best Regards

Hello BM3000,

any chance of an update of this post as it seems => here <= that you now finally got your device working but other users utilizing the search functionality and finding your post could profit from your experience.

It is a good practice to follow up or the community will not work.
