Hi,

We are buying G7500 with cube camera and Tc8, does One touch dial work with Microsoft exchange on perm server "no teams server or Skype" ,or does i need license for real connect or any other license i think one touch dial is a free service for poly devices like g7500, so my idea was to link the device with exchange server account and send meeting invites to this account.

Can someone explain how one touch dial work ?

thanks in advance for help

Hello @Mohamed Eissa

Welcome to Poly Community.

Polycom One Touch Dial (OTD) is a server application that enables videoconferencing
devices to click to join conferences through calendar invitations sent to Microsoft
Exchange or Google Gmail users. It is deployed on a Windows server and retrieves
calendar entries on behalf of compatible videoconferencing devices from Microsoft
Exchange, Office 365 or Google G Suite Gmail.

as i understand this server app is hosted on otd.plcm.vc but just needs permission without any license requirements right ?
