No video or audio coming from far side - VSX 7000

No video or audio coming from far side - VSX 7000

I can connect to a remote End Point and have good audio

 

However, I cannot get video from the far side end point nor can they receive video from our endpoint

 

If anyone has seen this and\or has a solution please let me know
