Hello everyone.
We have a VSX7000 (near end) talking to a PC with Polycom Telepresence M100 (far end).
They are connected through an IPSEC VPN.
I can see local video on the far end and can connect a call from the near end.
The far end sees the near end video but at the near end here I am not seeing any video from the PC.
What could be causing this?
Thanks
Tracy

----------------The thing is that the units are talking through a fixed IPSEC VPN so there should not be any port blocking taking place.
Hello Tracyp,
as one side is a Microsoft Operating system (m100) the likelyhood of a firewall being active is quite high.
Please check the Windows firewall (or disable it for testing) and ensure the relevant ports are not being blokcked.
You can install wireshark and ensure that all the traffic is arriving and leaving the PC.

----------------I have done some further testing. I downloaded the latest windows desktop telepresence onto a laptop within the same network.
I successfully connected to the far end and got video both ways.
This seems to point to it being something related to the VSX7000.
any suggestions? I really need to get this working soonish
thanks
Tracy
