Hi!

We have successfully integrated 2 HDX 7000 to a Lync Server 2013, and established communication between them, but only audio is available. I searched the Community for similar posts, and the only one I ran into as a similar issue is this one: http://community.polycom.com/t5/Video-Endpoints/HDX7000-HDX8000-with-Lync-2013/m-p/39946#M4901

The difference is that we have RTV licence. And configuration is according to manual both on Lync and the HDX´s, except that as I don´t administer Lync, I don´t know if the video config was set to 720p instead of 1080p.

Any insight I should be checking? I can see the room´s availability, connects flawlessly, but no video.

Thank you.

Hernán

Hi Heman

What version of code are you at on the HDX side?  We had a similar issue and upgrading the software resolved.
