Good morning all,

 

My organization recently upgraded our codec to the HDX8000.

 

We are trying to play a DVD  through a blu ray player through the codec as content.  However we're only getting audio and no video.

 

Does anyone any suggestions as to what might be the problem?

Anytime a question is asked about something not working it is imperative certain information be provided:

 

Software version being used.

 

Did it work with previous software and stop working.  What was that version.

 

How is it connected to the codec (which ports and what is the cabling to that port).

 

How is the device connected configured (if configutable).

 

Is there any differences between in-call and out-of-call actions.
