I've been having issues with my VSX 7000A lately and thought that possibly updating firmware may correct some problems. However, I'm not seeing anything for the VSX 7000A on the Polycom site except for one PDF regarding a real presence server.

 

Can someone help me to understand why the model of camera I have isn't referenced anywhere on the Polycom site?

The VSX 7000A is really the VSX 7000s. So you would want to download the software for the VSX 7000s.
