Fellows,

 

My client intent to adopt the Polycom solution for Video Conferences (10 rooms) but they already have the Microsoft Lync environment as COnference system.

 

The problem is simple - how to integrate the presentation capability into the Lync environment ? When I try to use it only the realtime image from HD 500 cam goes to the Lync clients participants but the presentation that I start on the HD 500 side don't ... do I need some kind of gateway beteween h.xxx to IP MS Lync ?

To use RTV in a Lync-hosted conference, you must have the RTV option key

enabled on your RealPresence Group system.

For more information about configuring your Lync Server video settings for

RTV, refer to the
