Title.  A bit more information:

We currently have 2 HDX 7000s which connect to each other directly.  We wish to add an additional camera to 1 of the 2 HDXs, with the intent of showing both camera feeds to the far end.

Is the HDX 7000 able to handle this as is, or will I need additional hardware/software?  If I need additional hardware/software, what are my options?

Yes, you can add an additional camera to HDX 7000. In order to show both feeds you have to choose Content as a source. Be aware that the frame rate may be significantly reduced in some circumstances.
