Managing EagleEye Director II

I've seen, that EagleEye Director II has to be configured, managed and updated using Polycom EagleEye Director II App. Is this the only way to do so or is there a way to configure, manage and update EagleEye Director II by RPRM?

Hi,

no, only via App or web interface.

With the RPRM you only can monitor the EEDII, like counting people in a call, but no management.
