MTR G10-T cannot project/share screen using hdmi connected from laptop to GC8

Hi All,

Anyone encounter an issue when project/share screen using laptop connected via hdmi to GC8?

My output display (using Tv) shows poly layout with ‘!’ symbol on it. Sorry for not attach picture on it. (This one not in call mode)

In call mode, black display appear but got notification sound like the sharing was successful. (As per attached)

Hi @mie,

maybe an HDCP issue? Microsoft Teams Rooms doesn't support HDCP input. HDCP input has been observed to cause issues that affect High-Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI) ingest functionality (video, audio). To avoid these issues, make sure that switches that are connected to Microsoft Teams Rooms have HDCP options turned off.
