Hello fellow Polycom users.

Here's one that has me a little stumped.

Last/Latest PVX

Lastest M100.

The call is being made through a V.35 Satalite link.

Connection using PVX is & has been for a number of years just peachy with default ports TCP 1720 & TCP/UDP 3230-3237.

User is now forced to purchase M100 & trialled it in his network.  Great.

However, on the same V.35 link using the same ports the M100 call rings at the far end but as soon as it answers the link is dropped.

Wiresharks have been taken of a succesful PVX call & a failed M100 call att he far end answering site.

Any guidance on what I should be looking for?

Petet,

Can you make those wiresharks available and I'll run them thru VTC-CSI...  Let's see what it shows...

Thanks,

It looks like you are trying to make a 64kb call with M100... not sure it likes that....

I've included the post process analysis....   Take a look !
