Local Content View Realpresence Group 700

We have installed a replacement Group 700 that we cannot get local content to be displayed locally when sharing during a call.  When I set content to be shared and check the PIP settings, I cannot get the content to be displayed locally even though I can see it at the far end.  I also cannot find where in the settings to enable content to be displayed locally along with the near and far end video.

Re: Local Content View Realpresence Group 700

Hello jhuerta,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.

The above is also stated in the "Read First"

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Log into the WebUi of the GS700 from a browser. Go to Admin Settings>Audio/Video>Monitors. Here you will find the monitor configuration settings.  Be sure that if you have only one monitor that a second or third are not configured. Now you can set the monitor display to suit your needs. Depending on the software version your config options may be slightly different.
