We have one VC Sys. POLYCOM HDX 7000. because of some password issue we just reset the system, now it works fine. but I am not able to trace the License key to update the sytem it was misplaced. please suggest me how can i get its license key. I think because of this, content shairing is also not happening. after the system reset what are the procedure to get the old condition please help me

You only have key for upgrade to SW 2.6 -       UB71-ABF8-0820-0000-00CE

Try it. Otherwise you should have service contract.
