Keypad not working properly.

I am a long time user of PVX here.

I am testing out M100 on a new laptop here and am unable to get the keypad to work when I setup a video conf call. The keypad makes the noise but the end device does not hear. The end device works fine with the PVX keypad.

Are you attempting to use the in-call tone pad for this?
