Hello, everybody !

I ask for your help respect a doubt I have:

We have a client in whose office we just installed an HDX8000 and an Eagle Eye Director. Our client asked to us if it is possible by tuning the EagleEye Director´s configuration to fix the EagleEye camera's zoom in a different scale when the camera does the close up. He says that he would like that zoom be a little less closer. Is there a way to satisfy his requirement with the EagleEye Director? I have surfed in the equipment's technical documentation and I didn´t find information for this premise. Someone could you help me? Could be the solution is in HDX's options?
