Dear Provider,

We are interested in your RealPresence Group series but it seems they are quite difficult to integrate as we need to control their IV camera by 3rd party controller such as Crestron, AMX, Extron, etc... We can do that with EagleEye II/III camera with one HDCI-5BNCs breakout cable.

As I see, HDCI port's PIN of this new camera line is different with HDCI of EagleEye II/III. So, could you let me know how to control them and which cable adapter can be used to do that which's available in PLCM accessories?

Thank you for your interest and prompt feedback.

Thanks for the kind review of the Polycom cameras.

The EagleEye IV is a digital output.  The previous EagleEye cameras were digital output.  So the breakout cables from previous EagleEye cameras will not work with the newest ones, the EagleEye IV.  Which labeled as MPTZ-10 or MPTZ-11 on the bottom of the camera.

I would suggest you watch the accessories page of the RealPresence Group systems for accessories as they may become available.  It is at:  RealPresence Group Accessories

The EagleEye III is currently available and will continue to be available and has locked control modules from AMX and Crestron available.  The EagleEye III camera is the camera used on the HDX product line due to the fact the HDCI input on the HDX supports only Analog, whereas the HDCI input on the RealPresence Group supports both digital and analog inputs.

Dear Provider,

So can we use HDCI-5BNCs-DB9 breakout cable of EagleEye III camera on RealPresence Group, with EagleEye III camera instead of IV model?

Thank you for your kind interest.
